Terms and Conditions of Membership – AIPHH
By applying for membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before submitting your application.
1. Nature of Membership
- • Membership in AIPHH is purely voluntary and intended solely for individuals wishing to associate with and support the initiatives of the Organization. Membership does not constitute an offer of employment, create an employer-employee relationship, confer legal authority, or serve as official government-issued identification.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application. All personal, contact, and background details submitted must be truthful, accurate, and verifiable. AIPHH reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve, decline, or revoke any application without assigning prior reason.
3. Usage of Membership Identification
- • The membership ID card (digital or physical) is issued exclusively for internal recognition and participation in official AIPHH activities. It shall not be duplicated, altered, or presented for official, legal, commercial, or government-related purposes. Misrepresentation shall result in immediate cancellation.
4. Member Conduct and Responsibilities
- • Members are required to uphold the values, ethics, and mission of AIPHH in all public and private conduct. Any act, statement, or behavior that damages the reputation, goodwill, or integrity of the Organization shall invite disciplinary action, including summary termination.
5. Communication Consent
- • By registering, members grant express consent to receive operational updates, notices, and communications from AIPHH via email, SMS, phone calls, or messaging services. Members may opt out of non-essential promotional communications upon written request.
6. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
- • Personal information submitted during registration shall be processed strictly for internal administrative and membership-related purposes. AIPHH covenants that member data shall not be sold, leased, or disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
7. Termination and Voluntary Withdrawal
- • Members may voluntarily resign at any time by submitting a written notice or official email. AIPHH retains the unilateral right to suspend or terminate membership immediately in cases of misconduct, false representation, or breach of these terms.
8. Amendments and Modifications
- • AIPHH reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members shall be notified of material changes. Continued association or renewal of membership following notice constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Policy
- • All membership fees, subscription charges, and package payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Membership rights, tiers, and associated benefits are personal to the registered individual and cannot be assigned or transferred.
10. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection
- • Members are strictly prohibited from using the AIPHH name, logo, registered trademarks, letterheads, or branding assets on personal business cards, banners, promotional materials, or digital platforms without express prior written authorization.
11. Prohibition of Unauthorized Fund Collection
- • No member is authorized to solicit, collect, or accept funds, donations, or sponsorships from the public, corporate entities, or government bodies under the name of AIPHH. Unauthorized financial solicitation shall attract immediate termination and appropriate legal/police action.
12. Prohibition of Official Representation
- • Membership does not confer the status of an official spokesperson. Members shall not issue press releases, public statements, or legal representations to the media, law enforcement, or public authorities on behalf of AIPHH.
13. Limitation of Liability
- • AIPHH, its office bearers, and affiliates assume no legal, financial, or moral liability for any personal crimes, financial transactions, private debts, or legal disputes incurred by a member in their individual capacity.
14. Disqualification Upon Criminal Involvement
- • In the event a member is implicated, charged, or convicted in connection with any illegal activity, fraud, or criminal offense, AIPHH reserves the right to terminate membership immediately without prior notice.
15. Validity and Expiration
- • Each membership package carries a fixed tenure (e.g., 1 year). Upon expiration of the stipulated period, all member privileges and ID credentials become null and void unless timely renewal is completed.
16. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction
- • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the registered headquarters of AIPHH.
17. Membership Category / Package Tier Switch Policy
- • If a member elects to transition or switch from their existing membership package tier to a different package tier, the tenure previously accumulated and the features unlocked under the former tier shall not transfer. Membership tenure and benefit progression for the newly selected tier shall commence strictly from Year 1.
18. Renewal Gap and Feature Reset Policy
- • Continuous, on-time annual renewal is mandatory to maintain tenure progression and progressive feature unlocks. In the event of any gap, delay, or lapse in renewal (irrespective of duration), the prior tenure and all accrued/unlocked benefits shall be permanently forfeited. Upon subsequent re-registration or delayed payment, the membership tenure and feature unlock timeline shall completely reset to Year 1.
19. Discretionary Financial Assistance, Benefits, and Welfare Initiatives
- • AIPHH endeavors to support its registered members and the professional photography community through educational workshops, skill-development programs, and emergency assistance initiatives. All features, facilities, services, and financial aid associated with any membership tier are provided on a best-effort basis. AIPHH makes no absolute guarantee, promise, or binding commitment regarding the fulfillment, timeline, or exact quantum of any facility, relief campaign, or monetary support.
- • Participation in any membership tier does not entitle, guarantee, or confer upon the member any enforceable legal right to claim specific financial compensation, set sum amounts, or guaranteed delivery of non-core benefits. The provision, extent, and approval of all support, services, and resources shall remain strictly discretionary and subject to organizational capacity, board approval, and fund availability on a case-by-case basis.
